I never leave reviews and I don't like to leave bad ones. To be honest, my first experience was incredible. The young Jad helped me and my husband find everything we need, and speaks perfect English and Arabic. Everything that was not available in store was shipped by him, and we got everything we needed. However, I returned 2 days later to change the size of the black jacket I got, and they end up telling me that I never really payed for it. The woman at the cashier explained to me that it's their fault. Even though I do believe that I payed for it because the number of articles on the receipt are exactly the same as the ones I bought, if, just like they said, the fault is theirs, why don't you own up to your own fault, instead of making a client, me, pay for it... and twice. The woman at the cashier (second time) took a long time to explain it to me, which I do appreciate, but still never owned up to their own fault. A brand such as Lululemon, premium, should know to own up to their actions and value clients better. So, if I did not return to exchange the vest, it would have been free? Don't think so, as I have already payed for it... twice, especially that we bought a lot of products that day, a lot.
I came back with my husband 2 days later to pick up my online order, and everything was good. Once again, the woman at the cashier the second day was sweet, but never owned up to their fault. At least I go back to Egypt with a lot of Lulu products. Also, Jad is an amazing, funny, genuine, salesperson who speaks multiple languages, which is hard to find in Paris. I still do love the brand and their quality, but I do believe they have to review their customer service, especially when the fault is from their side. The 5 stars are because I don't believe in bringing others down....
Read moreSo so so disappointed! I have been to this store many times since it’s the closest one to me, the service was correct so far. Until today! I went in to buy some items, the security man followed me from the door to the changing room, it was very annoying! He made me feel like i’m doing something wrong! I understand that it’s his job to supervise that nothing gets stolen, but the store was packed with people and he made it his mission to follow me everywhere and destroy my shopping experience! Plus there are alarms for that matter! And he was following me not even in a subtle way ! Cause i am someone who doesn’t pay attention to those things but when someone is standing one inch from you while you are seraching for your size ! I mean the guy was breathing down my neck ! I went in the changing rooms then bought the things i picked and when i was leaving, i checked and he was at the door of the store so it’s not like he wandered around the store checking everybody, just me ! If that isn’t rac••• cause i’m arab i don’t know what it is! So it’s safe to say that from now on i’m never going back there ever again ! I prefer to spend my money where i am treated as a queen...

Je peux vous dire que le prix vaut bien le travail qui est fait sur les vêtements . Dès mon arrivé dans la boutique j’ai été conseiller par warren une demoiselle très sympa qui a su répondre à mes besoins . Je voulais partir sur le best seller de la boutique en couleur noir . Elle a su m’apporter tous les avantages de la fameuse veste de sport qui fait un carton en ce moment . J’ai été vite débarrasser de ma valise et de mon sac de transport afin que je puisse faire mon shopping en toute tranquillité et sans encombres . J’ai été reçu au coin legging pour compléter ma tenu une demoiselle super gentille qui a su me diriger vers ce que je rechercher . Elle m’a proposer exactement ce que je voulais . Tous a été mis dans ma cabine et dès mon arrivé le personnel des cabines d’essayages sont trop sympas super cordiale et de bon conseils . A chaque fois que je demander des avis on venais de suite à ma cabinet pour me dire ce qu’elles en pensait . J’ai pris mon temps à essayer tout ce que je voulais dans de bonnes conditions . Elles venaient de temps en temps pour me demander si tout se passe bien . J’ai eu un gros coup de cœur sur l’ensemble a zip sur la veste et le bas coupe flare au niveau des pieds ( effet seconde peau ) que dire de la qualité j’adore tout simplement . Je ne regrette pas du tout d’avoir acheter chez lululemon et je pense racheter tres rapidement sur le site car je ne suis pas de paris . Et prochain passage sur paris je reviendrais dans cette boutique sur et certain . Un service de qualité à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais ! Pour finir le passage en caisse avec johanny et Emma qui était un peu problématique suite à un paiement par Applepay souci technique de caisse . Emma ma fait passer les articles en commandes internet et le paiement a été accepté ! Super contente de mes achats et conquise de cette boutique . UN 5/5 pour LULULEMON GROS...
