Personally , I believe that this restaurant should not even be on the map. It was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten and my food was unappetizing. When I first arrived at the restaurant. I had to wait for 10 minutes, just to be served. When I did sit down my waitress complained about the way that I was sitting and even went as far as to say, whether or not, I wanted to eat if I’m sitting at a restaurant, she should assume that I’m hungry and would like food when I finally asked about the food and the menu options she said that there was chicken available when I asked what was good she said chicken I said what type what style she said white white it’s white chicken and I thought that was very strange. She went on to break a glass cup in front of my face and other very rude things when desert finally rolled around after enough time the lady went as far as to choose my dessert for me. When I wanted coconut ice cream she gave me mango which I am allergic to, and I could’ve had an allergic reaction thanks to the lady. Well, I would definitely never come here EVER AGAIN . this place is a walking, talking...
Read moreAmong the happiest memories of my whole very long life are those sitting outside on the terrace, eating beautiful French breakfasts, overlooking the city I adore and planning the adventures of the day with my dear companion. Perched high above Paris, up in the village of Montmartre, the enclave of artists and writers, lovers and dreamers; I felt relaxed and at home. Every morning the waiters remember and greet me. It's always such a nice surprise when I return the next year and they remember me still. The views here are incredible, and so serene in the morning. School children march past on their way to the primary school, just up the windy road. Local old men slowly toddle past with their loyal dachshunds, and elderly old women slowly hobble their way home while street cats weave perilous figure eights around their varicosed legs. They bribe them to move along with little pinches of still warm from the oven baguette - dropped a bit ahead. Even the French cats thrive on baguette! This is it, a peaceful, Paris perfection. And the coffee and croissants are...
Read moreA typical very touristic restaurant with both service and coffe of low quality. The location is very good due to the proximity to the highly visited Basilica of Sacre Coeur, so the tourists just overflow the place. So, as being not threatened by a shortage of clients, the staff affords themselves to be impolite and to treat the visitors just as the next bag with money. The coffe in the cappuccino is with very bad taste, made with a low quality coffee. It comes with no sugar, no biscuit or anything complimentary. The hot chocolate is ok, but it comes with too much cream, which doesn’t match our taste. If you've ordered different beverages the waiter wouldn't ask which one to whom to serve. He just almost throws the cups on the table and goes. We intended to stay a bit longer and to continue with some cocktails, but the service and taste was so bad, that we were simply eager to go away. To sum up, do not recommend it. If possible, do...
