One star is still too much! 😱👎👎👎I came here yesterday with my children and grandchildren. We ordered some hot drinks, crepes and a tea time deal. I asked for tap water and was given a bottle of evian already opened. I told them to take it away which fortuntately they did (although they still didn't give us tap water). Our drinks came on time, however we waited 45 minutes for food. We had to remind our waitor we are still waiting for our food. Once the food came (not very tasty at all!) we asked for the bill which came to 80 euros! We were shocked and realised that the desserts we ordered from the tea time menu were not charged as part of the deal but we were charged full price. In addition we were charged for extra desserts which we didnt order. We queried this with the waitor, who told us that we didnt order from the tea time menu, I reiterated that I had done as I pointed at the tea time menu to order. He smirked and said that I was right. He then spoke to his manager and told us that this will have to out of his paycheck if we do not agree to pay the whole bill. At this point we felt awful however they were charging us too much. After raising this with the manager who was very argumentative and rude, they reduced our bill. We recommend if you do decide to go here, ask them to be very clear about all the prices, including everything they bring to your table. - double, triple check with them. Unfortunately, we did not have a good time here and will definitely not recommend anyone visiting here , which is a shame as all other restaurants we went to in Paris have been lovely!

I was feeling sick yesterday due to my illness and tried to find toilet nearby, but couldnt find any. Entered the local with my 12yr old daughter and said I feel sick and if I could use the toilette, offered to pay. Both waiters said no, but senior one was beyond rude. Said only if we sit. I said ok, my daughter will sit first, as I was in rush to go to WC, but he made me order prior to entering toilette and I heard him saying in french to junior waiter we have to drink two drinks. I wanted to order after using the bathroom. When I was back, I saw he brought my 12yr child latte she didnt order. He also said to my child while I was in toilette "you ordered it, now drink the latte". I returned latte and said few words to this non-human and got her hot chocolate which was awful. Little macarons were awful also, coffee was ok. When paying, junior waiter said he was sorry, and to smile for him, as I was angry. Thank you for this. But still, our only bad experience in Paris. Even drug dealers around Barbes were more gentlemen to the two of us than this garbage of that senior waiter. Sitting, drinking, paying isnt the problem, problem is when you stop being human and when you try to humiliate other humans and in this case child. Shame...

1 star is being overly generous! Awful experience😱went here with my mum, husband, sister and kids. Very rude customer service, waited over 45 mins for 2 crepes, slice of cake and fries. Asked for tap water was given a bottle of Evian which was opened immediately when it arrived to the table. I sent it back asking for tap water, which apparently they didn’t have. I had to ask ask several times for our food, customers who had come after me were served their food before I was. Finally the food came and was worse the what I could have prepared at home.

When the bill came, we were charged double for the cake and the tea time offer wasn’t applied. I told the waiter who told me that he forgot to mention he tea time offer and now it will have to be deducted from his wage. I told him I’m not paying extra because the bill was wrong.

He then told the manager who was very rude, offensive and tried to get me to pay the full amount. I told them I will only pay for what I’ve had to which the waiter suddenly deducted 20€ and gave me the right bill.
