Le Vert Tulipe — Restaurant in Paris

I got a steak that was the most disgusting excuse for a proper piece of meat that I have even seen. If this was an actual restaurant with an actual chef, they would not allow such a poor cut to be delivered to a table. But then again, how would the waiter know - since he never came to the table once to ask how everything was! They even forgot to bring one of the four orders to the table to begin with! What a joke. Okay place for a drink, but DO NOT GO HERE if you want...

We arrived in Paris and after a nap, found this prime spot late in the evening. Our server was wonderful -welcoming, engaging, and fun. We had a lovely salad with a fried cutlet and sesame beef with some delicious drinks. A day later we returned for another scrumptious meal - coffee and ham and cheese omelettes- so simple, yet done to perfection. We popped in on a whim as we were en route to Saint Lazare station and wanted somewhere close by to grab a drink. The staff were super friendly, and not only was the waitress who served us patient with our rusty French, she was super kind and gave us a little free dessert when we bought our drinks! Very cute place with a lovely selection of beers and cider, and bar staff who seem to love working there. We’ll go back before...
