I had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience at this restaurant. I am disabled and have a medical condition that causes me significant pain, particularly in my leg due to iron implants. When I explained my situation and requested to sit instead of waiting outside in the cold, the woman at the manger was not only dismissive but downright rude. She told me that it wasn’t her problem and that I should just wait in line, despite my clear explanation of my condition.
It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy and understanding, especially in a public space where basic accommodations for people with disabilities should be expected. I strongly believe that no one, especially someone with a medical condition, should be treated this way. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff. I won't be returning to a place that doesn't respect the needs and dignity of disabled individuals. This was not just an inconvenience, but a genuinely upsetting experience that made me feel disrespected and ignored.

Dear Loulou's Team,
Thank you for your response, though I must clarify a few points regarding my experience. First, the wait was far longer than 20 minutes. I was in the queue from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM-over an hour and a half. Please don't underestimate the discomfort I experienced during that time, especially given my medical condition. I understand that queue can be long, but it's important to aurnowledge that I have specific health needs that make waiting in the cold extremely painful due to the metal in my bones from previous surgeries. Furthermore, I must respectfully ask that you refrain from comparing my situation to that of pregnant women or families with children. I made it clear that I have medical reports outlining my condition, and the cold causes significant pain. I even requested to wait inside due to this issue, but I was only allowed in just five minutes before my table was ready, which was not ideal. While I appreciate the eventual accommodation, I believe there was a lack of sensitivity to my needs, and the overall experience could have been handled better. understand you were busy, but I would have hoped for more empathy in this situation. In the future, I encourage you to carefully consider customers feedback as an opportunity for growth, rather than a confrontation. I'm sure there's always room for improvement, and I hope this will be taken as...
Read moreIndifferent and slow service that descended into passive aggressive confrontation. Other tables that were seated after our party, placed their order and received their food well before we did. Our server was completely absent after he took our order. When we complained the manager told us that our entrees had not come because we took long to finish our cheese plate. Another table also ordered a starter and were served well before us. The server came over and said that the delay was in fact caused because he had taken his “pause”. When the food finally came it was incredibly mediocre. Hamburger was medium well when we ordered “bleeding” / saignant. We were so late that we continued eating the entrees. Then when we complained to the manager again she denied telling us that the delay was because we ate the cheese plate slowly and then said our exchange was accomplishing nothing and only “bringing her down”. There was initially no reduction in the bill and when I complained about this the manager said that I had not asked for a reduction and claimed that she had offered us free drinks when she had not. Ultimately the manager seamed to have comped us the starter and a bottle of water after further delay and zero communication.
Incredibly disappointing meal that took forever.
EDIT Your claim in the comment below that you don’t have starters or a cheese plate is completely untrue. I ate at your restaurant last night. We ordered a cheese board and it had some Camembert a chèvre and some kind of emental (the cheese was never explained to us) it was served with walnuts, black grapes and toasted bread. The fact the you are claiming we didn’t eat at your restaurant is absurd and says a lot about...
Read moreWe came here because it was rated very highly and had lots of gluten free options since my friend is celiac and it did not disappoint!
There are waiters/waitresses that speak english so it’s good for foreigners. They are really friendly and kind, made recommendations etc.
We had the Chicken Caesar Salad, Chicken Parmigiana. For dessert, the cheesecake and the chocolate mouse.
The salad was beautifully balanced, lovely flavourful dressing. gluten free chicken and croutons. The chicken was crispy and moist. The Parmigiana was also moist and crispy with tasty fries and a lovely tomato sauce which is not that “hot” as it is described on the menu. It is more like a mild marinara sauce and compliments the chicken well.
The mousse is quite heavy but it has a very rich chocolatey flavour if that’s your thing. It also comes with granola including nuts/seeds and raisins which is not included in the dessert description. The cheesecake was light and airy, the base buttery and soft almost like a shortbread flavour and the coulis on top was zingy and pungent.
Overall, the ingredients were so fresh and you could taste it! I would recommend anyone to come here, especially if you have a gluten allergy. It is one of the best options in Paris! Merci...
