Maison Blossom — Restaurant in Paris

We had a wonderful dinner at Maison Blossom, located inside the Sofitel Hotel. A friend invited us, and it turned out to be a great recommendation.

If you're driving, just be aware that the street in front of the restaurant doesn’t allow parking. Fortunately, there’s a large underground parking garage near the Place de la Concorde—just about a five-minute walk away. The short walk takes you past the U.S. Embassy, which makes for a nice, quiet stroll.

The restaurant is beautifully designed, with both indoor seating and a lovely garden area. Since it wasn’t crowded, the atmosphere was calm and perfect for chatting with friends over dinner.

The menu isn’t extensive, but the food was excellent. Each dish was beautifully plated and full of flavor. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening.

Our stay at Sofitel Paris was just great. Anyone looking for a well-located luxury hotel in Paris with exceptional service should stay here. The cleanliness of the place, the rooms, and the general area was impeccable.

We were particularly impressed by the staff's attention and service. Special thanks to Walid and Hasna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for.

The hotel's dining experience is a must. If you have breakfast at the hotel, do yourself a favor and order the "pain perdu"—it’s simply divine.

Mon mari et moi tenons à remercier toute l’équipe du Sofitel Paris Le faubourg pour le déjeuner du samedi 17 Décembre dernier et notre séjour à l’hôtel à l’occasion de notre mariage. Nous avons privatisé le Restaurant Le Blossom et Le service était parfait et nous y avons passer un excellent moment avec nos invités. Nous nous sommes tous sentis comme à la maison tellement l’équipe nous a chouchouté. Nous descendons doucement de notre nuage, cependant nous tenions à remercier Camille (Event Coordinator) et Anaïs qui nous ont accompagné tout au long de l’organisation jusqu’au jour J de notre mariage. Par son écoute, sa disponibilité, sa patience et empathie, elle a su concilier nos envies et son talent pour apporter à notre mariage une magie poétique qui allait bien au-delà de ce que nous pouvions imaginer. Également, la Cheffe Anaïs Foray qui nous a concocté un excellent repas de mariage, d’une grande finesse. La qualité des produits proposés par Anaïs, la présentation de nos assiettes nous ont comblés. Ce fut un réel plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles. Et, je la félicite également pour son savoir-faire pour les plats proposés aux végétariens qui étaient succulents. Du début à la fin un sans-faute. Aussi, un très grand merci à Stéphane (Deputy Restaurant Manager) pour sa gentillesse, pour avoir su embellir et sublimer notre salle avec une décoration romantique et soignée. Merci à Baptiste pour sa gentillesse, sa douceur, sa bienveillance partagée et les petites attentions particulières à la réussite de cette journée. Il nous a choyé tout au long de la réception et pendant notre court séjour à l’hôtel. Et un grand merci à tout le personnel pour le service aussi élégant que discret et leur implication dans l’organisation de notre mariage. Tout était remarquable, au-delà de nos attentes.
