I booked my appointment more than a month in advance and chose the longest treatment, Le Soin Régénérant Radiofréquence (2h15min), based on recommendations from Teresa Cheung and Bingbing Fan. Unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable.

The exfoliation process was rough and unpleasant, and the radiofrequency device did not have precise temperature control—it overheated easily, requiring a handheld infrared thermometer for manual adjustments. Additionally, while I don’t want to disclose my esthetician’s name, I learned that she is only a part-time employee with just over a year of experience, and her techniques felt unprofessional.

After the treatment, they did ask me if I noticed any changes, but honestly, I didn’t see any difference except for the redness on my face. They don’t provide a proper before-and-after comparison, which made it even harder to assess any actual results.

After sharing my experience on Rednote, a Chinese social media platform, I received multiple responses from others who had similar issues, reinforcing my concerns about the inconsistency of service. If, like me, you learned about this place through Rednote or other social media platforms and are considering a visit, I would advise you to keep your expectations in check.

1. 30 min de retard par le coiffeur -- apparemment je n'étais pas notée sur le planning
2. je suis sortie cheveux raides, comme si je n'avais pas été coiffée
3. la maquilleuse avait 15 min de retard (problème de notation sur son planning aussi apparemment) et pensait finir à 11h15... heure de ma convocation à la mairie : donc elle n'a pas pu finir comme il se doit et j'ai été en retard !!!!!!!!!
4. aucun geste de la part de Carita et même une blague déplacée au moment de payer "la mariée est toujours en retard le jour de son mariage". Alors peut-être mais ce n'est pas le but et là c'était uniquement de votre faute. Je n'y retournerai absolument plus jamais. J'ai été dans un état de stress pas possible et en plus je ne supporte pas mes photos de mariage me voyant cheveux raides, comme non coiffés.
