Amazing! The entire experience is just amazing. The owner is a super cool gentleman full of life, spunk and dance. His sandwiches and crepes are incredible. I saw him on the travel channel and just had to come and see for myself. He did not disappoint. From the moment he speaks to you till your last bite he engages with you to prepare a masterpiece before your eyes. He then yells (in a polite way) MIAM MIAM! My ultimate favourite noodle in the town. My recommendation is the dumpling soup with the noodle.

It’s spicy, savoury and light too. The texture of the noodle is always perfect for my tasting.

The level 1 spiciness is not too spicy, it’s good for the people who just want to enjoy the noodle with a bit kick on the soup.

If you are spice lover, try level 3, my go to is always level 3. Usually the owner will make sure that you want the highest level, to just be sure that you’re aware that it’s gonna be soooo spicy.

This Chongqing noodle shop is very authentic. I ordered the spicy and sour vermicelli with pork intestine — even at the mild spice level, it was still quite spicy, which really captured the bold, genuine flavor of Chongqing cuisine. My family tried the beef spicy and sour vermicelli and the beef noodles. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Personally, I found the spicy and sour vermicelli more delicious than the regular noodles.
