I don’t usually leave reviews but l would say this place is the worst I’ve been in Paris. The owner is rude and racist. I came in and asked to be seated inside. First thing he said to me is it is expensive inside. Like are you serious? I should have walked away but I am too tired to do so. I ordered carbonara and nothing special about it. I asked for water few times but didn’t give me any. Good thing ordered coca cola atleast I have something to drink. With it’s price, I am expecting good food or atleast good customer service. The places I have eaten in Paris generally are all accomodating except for this one. The owner says at the table next to me that he is an Italian so might be the reason why he is not that friendly. All french people I have encountered during my trip are all very friendly. Avoid this at all cost. It’s a waste of money. There are other better places worth trying but not this one. I’m asian by the way.

My visit to this restaurant was disappointing overall. The service was not very friendly and left a lot to be desired. The food was mediocre: the pasta with fresh herbs tasted okay, but the crumbly parmesan was not very appetising. It came with water and bread, which is a positive thing. A major annoyance was the Belgian beer, which at €10 per 0.5 litre was not only expensive but also of poor quality. The table outside was wobbly and made it very uncomfortable during the meal. In addition, the service was inattentive: I was neither asked how the food tasted nor whether I would like a dessert. The plates were cleared without comment. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not recommended.

That sounds like the perfect sendoff to a magical trip! Here’s a polished version of your caption you could use for a post: ⸻ Our last day in Paris during the LaTishya & LaToya European adventures ended on the sweetest note—literally! We made our way back to Tivoli for one last taste of the dessert that stole our hearts. To our surprise, the staff from our previous visit greeted us like old friends and even remembered our names—talk about top-tier hospitality! Huge thanks to Richard and Sonia for making us feel so special. The vibes were immaculate, the service was impeccable, and the memories, Unforgettable!! Aurevior Paris!!

I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE you from dining in this restaurant. I would give it a zero if that were possible because, yes, we did not even have the chance to sample what they have. What is clear to me from our experience tonight and from reading other reviews is that the people who run this place DO NOT care about their customers the most. Why would you choose to dine in a place that only cared about getting as much profit as possible at the expense of the welfare, comfort, and satisfaction of its customers? The front of house staff/ receptionist, who was identified as the owner in another review, welcomed my husband by telling him, "You have to make sure you buy four plates because this is a restaurant." We were still by the door of the restaurant then. I could not understand what he was trying to imply by that statement. I told him straight to the point that that was impolite and rude. (Clearly, we were there to have dinner, so why did he have to say that?) He responded by asking what our nationality was, which I think was irrelevant. I cannot help but assess this as a racist evaluation. I strongly communicated my disappointment by asserting that he should not treat his potential customers that way. It was insulting. He ended up literally shooing us away. Talk about caring about the people to whom you cater !?! Aside from this terrible experience we had and those of others, I truly wonder what else this man is willing to do or is doing (in terms of operations, handling of food, personnel management) in order to ensure he gets his priority--to profit as much...

If you pay high prices for food you expect best quality and good friendly service. We sat outside. I felt uncomfortable for most of the time there. Maybe a combination of factors, maybe sitting outside in the colder temperature was not best idea, but inside seemed bit crowded. Small tables, big plates meant having to shift lot of stuff to adjacent table. The waiter was friendly enough but maybe a tad bit overly so. We got our food quicker than I had expected. We ordered pasta arrabiata, a simple enough dish but worth the price, prob not.

The pizza we ordered was served up as one big pizza uncut. Fine if you ordered a keema or garlic naan but not a pizza, why pay high price and then have to cut it yourself..

So I asked them to cut the pizza into slices (which all can agree is not an unreasonable request, ive never had a pizza thats not cut into slices.... thats what pizza cutters are for). The waiter wasn't impressed, huffed a little then called me a child (maybe meant fussy child), maybe it was a joke, but this is a pricey restaurant so maybe not appropriate. It then took ages for the pizza to come back, did they cook it again? But why.. I only asked it to be cut into slices which would take 2 minutes max. In the time it took to come back we had finished eating all the pasta...

The £11 overpriced pizza itself is one of those seriously thin based ones where everything falls off when you pick up a slice.... not really my thing, maybe thats why they don't cut it.. but whats the point of a base if it doesn't support...

DO NOT GO HERE! The older waiter with glasses has such a nasty, bad attitude. He was so angry and rushed the whole time. When we asked for a table to eat & drink he didn’t even let us finish speaking and automatically said no drinks with food and walked away mid sentence. When we said only food then he sat us at a dirty table, didn’t give us any utensils, rushed us to order, made rude “jokes” which were more like insults, he practically threw the Parmesan cheese at our table. Yet we saw how he served other people drinks with food with no issue. He never came around to ask us if we needed anything. I ended up having to get my utensils from a different server who even he was flabbergasted as to why the older waiter didn’t give us anything to eat with. It felt like he was purposely targeting us either because we were tourists, American, or Latinas - we don’t know what his issue was but looking at the other reviews this isn’t the first time he’s done this. I don’t understand how someone like this is still allowed to run a restaurant. It was such an unpleasant experience. We left feeling so sad. Please stop giving this man any of your money. Someone like that doesn’t deserve it. There are SO many other places in Paris that we went to where service was beyond amazing and the people there were so kind and welcoming and the food...
