It was raining and I was cold, hungry, and tired when I ducked through the door. I was shown to a booth back in the corner where I could watch the entire small restaurant.

Note: This is Europe, people. Some of the best restaurants are tucked in storefronts that are barely 20 feet wide. You may find yourself seated very close to someone. Deal with it. This is a feature, not a bug.

After a bit of back and forth with the owner (whose English is very good,) I settled on the #15 and was brought a giant bowl of authentic ramen with chunks of tender spiced beef. It was a perfect fusion of Chinese and French. Nothing trendy and nothing fake.

The clientele are locals. This isn't a tourist joint. Sophisticated older folks dressed to the nines and business people are the main customers. Nothing is dumbed-down or Americanized (although the menu is bilingual.)

All at a reasonable price with good service. Gratuity is not added to your bill. There is a tip jar at the register. They accept credit cards so no worries. I returned there again on this trip and it will be one of my first stops when I return to...

I ordered the noodle soup with roasted duck, duck was really good, much better than what I could get in the U.S., but we set a low bar there. Noodle was pretty bad though, they were clumped together and overcooked.

The male server was really friendly but not so much with the woman behind the cashier. I came to this area because I wanted to buy pastry from La Maison d’Isabelle, so after I already finished my meal, I took a few small pieces of my Palmier out from the pastry bag and put them in my mouth … and got called out by the woman right away …. I didn’t take the whole pastry out, I didn’t make a mess either, I already finished my meal. She pointed at me or maybe pointed at my pastry and told me to put it away and no outside food allowed. Why did she have to do it?? Is that...

We went with a large group of people meeting from 5 different countries, friends who decided to meet in France as a starting point for a tour of wineries and fun. One of our group heard about this place, really great authentic Chinese, excellent service but a bit slow to get all the dishes, they missed one dish but might have been our fault as there was a bit of confusion when ordering, we all agreed it was a nice meal, would go back if in paris again but only there for 2 nights, thanks for dealing with our group as we were so focused on all seeing each other for the first time in ages we may not have been ideal clients, none the less it was good enough for me to make the effort to make a review, thanks to Jacqueline our...

Maybe not the right place for me. I love Asian food. My low rating based on not only the poor quality food, but how they responded when two customers, who ordered two different dishes, both did not like them. We ordered noodle soup with BBQ pork, and noodle soup with roast duck. The duck was a leg, chopped up including the bone. There were tiny shards of bone throughout the soup. The duck was funky tasting, as if it were spoiled before it was cooked. The dish was unattractive, and tasted bad. The pork was boneless, but not much better. But the staff...there was no offer to refund, or offer a different dish. Sucks!
