This is the third Boutique Nespresso that I've visited since arriving in Paris and I'm simply amazed by their customer service. Each store has been so welcoming, so attentive. As with the previous stores, I found my visit to Boutique Nespresso Paris Passy to be a pleasure! I was warmly greeted as I walked through the door and offered a shopping bag. When I said that I was interested in trying a new flavor, I was directed downstairs to their tasting area. I was offered something I've yet to try - Tropical Coconut - hot or cold. When I said I'd like to try it hot, I was asked if I'd liked it with frothed milk. I said, "Sure." The person behind the coffee bar was so friendly and nice to talk with. When my coffee with frothed milk was ready, I was offered a pâte de fruits which was very tasty and paired well with the coffee. Once I finished my coffee, I did purchase Tropical Coconut capsules as I really did enjoy the flavor. Again, a lovely coffee break and shopping experience at a...
Read moreSnobbish! I have been already 3 times so far on this shop, just because it is easier for me to get there then to go inside Paris . Staff really cold. Maybe because I am not part of the "Rich" quarter of Passy. I get inside you say "Good Morning" and no answer. 3 staff were occupied to serve one person. I served by myself the coffee I needed. After another customer enter and I heard that he was asking about an offer. Due to I was taking coffee for 100 Euros I took the chance to ask as well about it. Really cold answer but I have got the answer. I have been served with a guy that I could not understand if he was speaking with me or on his radio. After I have got to ask if there was the possibility to test the new coffee, otherwise no chance that he was offer me by his initiative. I do not understand why this shop has a so unfriendly customer service from the others...

I wandered around the store for a while without assistance until I finally asked for help. A young man then took care of me, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. This is not a complaint, but rather an observation of an experience I had never encountered before in a Nespresso boutique—one that I felt was...
