Be careful, because you will be required to leave your things downstairs, where there are no lockers or locks. I left my AirPod Max headphones in my bag and after the class it turned out that the headphones were stolen. Aucune alternative ne mâa Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e, malgrĂ© le fait que je portais dĂ©jĂ des socquettes Ă base semi-antidĂ©rapante, et que je possĂšde habituellement des chaussettes adaptĂ©es (oubli involontaire). Le ton utilisĂ©, lâabsence totale de bienveillance de la professeure et de lâaccueil, ainsi que la rigiditĂ© du rĂšglement appliquĂ© sans aucune souplesse ni comprĂ©hension, mâont profondĂ©ment choquĂ©e.
Pour couronner le tout : aucun remboursement du cours, ni de replacement et une pĂ©nalitĂ© de 32 ⏠si jamais je dĂ©cide dâannuler le cours de moi mĂȘme... On mâa simplement dit que âle cours ne sera pas annulĂ©â â autrement dit : vous payez, point final.
Ce type dâattitude nâa rien Ă voir avec lâesprit du sport, qui devrait favoriser le bien-ĂȘtre, la bienveillance et lâaccessibilitĂ©. Ici, seule la rentabilitĂ© semble primer. Rarement vu un endroit aussi peu humain.
On est en droit de se demander si ce genre de traitement ne varie pas selon le profil du client⊠Une politique aussi froide et malhonnĂȘte est tout simplement honteuse pour une enseigne de cette ampleur.
