OKA SUSHI — Restaurant in Paris

Growing up in a Japanese family I know this was not good Japanese food, I am also not a very picky person but this was just....not good...

The food was very very bland, the rice had no flavor the yakisoba just tasted like cooked noodles with very little taste, the miso soup was also very watery with very little flavor...

The prawn tempura... where very thin and small, and half of them came overcooked to the point of being a dark brown color...

The sushi.....the sushi was very low quality magaro and salmon...also it came with absolutely no wasabi which makes it hard to eat especially with low quality fish.

The salad was not good it was soggy in the dressing, I believe the salad was just shredded cabbage? ...

If you're looking for authentic. Good Japanese food I would suggest looking else where as you will not...

I should have noticed the sign when I walked in… unattended waitress, with dirty tables n Chinese decors … strictly its NON Japanese operator. That’s a big disappointment in food, used low quality of ingredients.. all we can taste just saltiness in our food, no real umami. I would say if you want a cheap Chinese stir fry noodles/ rice .. go ahead but don’t expect real food deal. Not recommended… no proper sushi / sashimi...

The food was OK at best. I really like shrimp tempura so I order it but the oil it was fried in was so old the shrimp was almost black and tasted like burned oil. We asked for one more container of soy sauce and they said we have to pay, even though we placed two orders.
