It's not a good place to eat. It's the first time I've eaten in an Otacos and it's no good at all. I ate the vegetarian Otacos with falafel and Mexican pepper sauce size L, and it was horrible. The taco had excess sauce, the falafel didn't taste good, I didn't finish eating it, I left it in half. As for the site, the infrastructure and the functioning of the service has a lot to improve, the employees are attentive, but they don't guide you to how to order the food, first you have to queue up, then they give you a machine that has an alarm that sounds when your food is ready, but then you don't know where to pick it up because the woman who delivers the orders also asks for orders, and there are customers in the middle waiting, or buying, it's...

Average low food quality.

Well first of all id like to explain these people that this is NOT a TACO, because a TACO has nothing to be with the kind of durum kebab they serve in here.

The amount of food you have for its price is more than correct, you get for 10 euros a drink a xxl durum kebab and fries (they shall say they already include them instead of making us pay another one).

The thing is that its totally tasteless, the sauces they put in (i ordered bigi and algeniere) dont have any spice or flavour. Its like eating a normal quality meat with cream, really need something else.
