The top for me of the yoshoku cuisine is the Omurice, familiar and unpretentious. It communicates everything one would ever want in soul food in terms of comfort and love; a harmonious balance of smooth and crispy textures, as well as richness and saltiness. There is the playful act of devouring omurice, an almost erotic pleasure. Omurice Paris nailed it all, from the simple but cool design of the place (again well done to your designer friend), to the very warm welcomed by the 2 Chefs, to the atmosphere of the resto as you feel you are eating in their kitchen, to the obviously fluffy perfect omelette with fried rice inside (omurice). Highly recommend the fried chicken too, it was spectacular as well. So happy I came on a whim, pretty sure I’ll become a regular costumer (p.s. please do a loyalty card and after X time I can...

However I didn’t really like the curry sauce, the amount of vegetables and chicken in the sauce was so little that they probably could just leave them out… and the flavor was too overpowering, for me it did not mix well with the ketchup fried rice. Overall it was good but I probably won’t go for the combo again next time, just the...
