Tiger Sugar (老虎堂） — Restaurant in Paris

The location is pretty convenient, close to opera and it’s spacious inside. They have many bubble tea options to choose from. I took the lemon jiya tea and a passion fruit bubble tea. The tea flavor was strong so that was great. However I don’t know if the staff was not experienced enough or simply not paying attention when I ordered, I asked for no ice and no sugar, he went ahead and added tonnes of ice cubes (which I hated because they dilute the tea flavor), and also sugar! It was not like there were a lot of people waiting to be served at the tea shop so that annoyed me a bit… Also I did not like the use of plastic cups and cover for drinks… we dined in so it probably was a better idea to give us glass or...

Apparently asking for soy milk justifies getting a watery and slightly curdly drink (based on my polite interaction with the staff). I think they use the cheapest milk. See photos, it just looks bad. I bought so many boba milk tea with soya milk in so many different places. This just isn't it.

The fruit tea drink one was just ok. The oolong jelly was nice, but it didn't redeem the whole experience.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and they had run out of tapioca (for at least 20 minutes) and they did not lower the price of the drink so I paid the same price for a bubble tea with tapioca.
