as someone who eats a LOT of pho, i thought their soup was bland and the beef had a weird dry feel to it. the meatballs were great though. but what i really loved were the appetizers. the banh cuon was the BEST non-homemade banh cuon i’ve ever had, and the beef spring rolls tasted great, although they could’ve put more beef in each. the sauce they had was also made exactly the way vietnamese shops should make their fish sauce, with lime and sugar. actually the spring rolls should have had peanut sauce but the fish sauce they made was so good i couldn’t...

What an amazing find! This restaurant may be small, with just 7 or 8 tables and simple decor, but the food is absolutely outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
