Rude to customers, especially if you don't speak French. As a customer, I wasn't explained regarding their juice menu even if the language barrier exists. But to make matters worse, I was laughed at and made fun of by two of your servers. What happened: Today I asked for fruit juice, and the counter girl told me casually that you can pick one of the bottled juices from the shelf, without explaining they also serve fresh fruit juice shakes as well. Then when I went to shelves to inspect the bottled fruit juice, a boy server joked and laughed at me along with the girl server behind my back. Read moreThis place is great, The food is top quality and originally home branded so you get to taste some unique recipes and drinks that are only available at Pret. I don't speak french fluently but the order was simple enough for me to place my order in french ("un cookie svp") and he scoffed at me, pretended to not understand me, shook his head and made unnecessary facial expressions. When I asked him if he couldn't understand me he ignored my question and told me to "pay on the machine" in english and turned away. Paris can be difficult at times to navigate without being fluent but I've never experienced that type of attitude especially from a young...
