I clearly explained to the waiter that I wanted 2 plates of Nasi Goreng and carefully pointed at that choice on the menu mentioning "sans legumes" for my daughter's dish. We were promptly presented with two plates of fried noodles. After complaining however, he took them away and brought back two plates of rice without any vegetables, meat, nor an egg on top. His excuse was that I ordered Goreng and that was noodles. Last I checked, Goreng means 'fried' in Indonesian and Mee Goreng is noodles. I didn't say Mee, I said Nasi, a dish I've had many times before, plus I pointed at it on the page. Then later, his French/Indonesian guests on the adjacent table received their traditional Nasi Goreng with full garnishes, egg and meat. I'm a foodie blogger so that stuff really counts to me. This is the first Indonesian restaurant in Paris and you can tell. I walked in and felt like I was back in Bali and had walked straight into a warung. They served the local balinese beer bintang which was a throwback to all the wonderful trips i've had there.
