Restaurant Promessa — Restaurant in Paris

We stumbled by accident over this Restaurant with that beautiful Name. Promessa a promise about what was to come. I ordered the Homemade Ravioli with Crema Gorgonzola and the Tiramisu Pistaccio for Dessert both dishes of the day. While I don't like tomatoes in my Crema Gorgonzola it was still easily the best Crema Gorgonzola I have ever eaten(and I have eaten a lot), and the Tiramisu Pistaccio was just a blast incredibly delicious. It is rare that we go to Paris and think Italian. Tonight was a glorious surprise with an intimate dinner with the family at this small, 20 person establishment. Each dish, from the olive paste with toast, to coquettes and burrata w/cherry tomatoes, wrapping up with four different pasta dishes were splendid!
