Nestled in the heart of Saclay, Riz-Riz is a vegan haven, offering a delightful culinary experience that tantalizes the taste buds and nourishes the soul. My recent visit to this charming restaurant left me with a lasting impression of its warm ambiance, delectable cuisine, and exceptional service.

Ambiance and Service: Upon entering Riz-Riz, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, created by the soft lighting, cozy décor, and friendly staff. The restaurant's vibrant energy was palpable, and I immediately felt at ease, ready to embark on a culinary adventure.

My dining companions and I were seated promptly, and our attentive server provided us with a detailed explanation of the menu, highlighting the restaurant's wide array of vegan options. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they ensured that our glasses were kept filled throughout the meal.

Dhal d'Epinard and Curry du Dragon: For my main course, I indulged in the Dhal d'Epinard, a comforting lentil stew brimming with spinach and aromatic spices. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the lentils cooked to tender perfection and the spinach adding a vibrant freshness. Each spoonful was a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving me wanting more.

My friends opted for the Curry du Dragon, a fiery yet flavorful curry featuring a medley of vegetables, tofu, and a tantalizing blend of spices. The heat was well-calibrated, providing a delightful kick without overwhelming the other flavors. The tofu was perfectly cooked, adding a creamy texture to the curry, while the vegetables retained their crispness.

Taste, Health, and Economy: Both dishes were not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious and satisfying. The generous portions ensured that we left the restaurant feeling full and content, without feeling overly stuffed.

Riz-Riz's commitment to healthy, plant-based cuisine is evident in every dish. The use of fresh, seasonal ingredients and a balance of flavors and textures makes for a culinary experience that is both satisfying and wholesome.

Overall Impression: My dining experience at Riz-Riz was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm ambiance and attentive service to the delectable vegan cuisine, Riz-Riz offers an unforgettable dining experience that has earned my highest recommendation.

If you're seeking a vegan haven where taste, health, and economy converge, look no further than Riz-Riz. This charming restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking a culinary adventure that will tantalize the taste buds and nourish the soul.

Do not eat here. We went out of our way to come here because of the good reviews and I've never been so disappointed to the point of wanting to give a bad review. The food came out suspiciously quick as if it wasn't made to order. My meal, the Black Panther, was awful. It tasted extremely salty and as though the only flavour added was soy sauce. The edamame tasted like thawed frozen edamame and I couldn't tell if the tofu was cooked or smoked. The whole dish was luke warm and tasted days old. The curry my husband ordered was decent but his rice was very crunchy, old and cold. We would've expected much more from the rice from a place called "Riz Riz". When I politely shared the feedback on my dish and asked to replace it with another, the waitress offered nothing other than we could order a third dish if we'd like, but it wouldn't be free and that these were the intended taste and quality of these dishes. We were excited about dessert and to take our friends here, but they definitely lost our business and should lose yours too. Save yourself the time and energy and grab yourself a to-go meal from a grocery store, it'd taste better and you'd get...

This restaurant offers an interesting blend of Thai and Indian cuisine, with everything being vegan and gluten-free. You can enjoy a variety of curries, dhal, and Buddha bowls. The taste is decent and it's a good value for money. Overall, it's worth a visit without having high expectations.

However, if you're expecting a mind-blowing culinary journey through Asia, this may not be the place.

The main dishes and desserts are much better than the starters, which seem too basic and cheap. Our mixed starter platter included rice waffles, popcorn with beetroot gucamale, and classic guacamole, along with cherry tomatoes, edamame, and olives. The quality of the starters was lacking, with cold and unsalted popcorn, unappetizing olives, tasteless edamame, and average tomatoes.

However, the experience improved with each main dish. The mango curry was tasty, and the Buddha bowl was very nice. The desserts, including the chocolate and peanut butter mousse and the chocolate cake, were very enjoyable with an intense chocolate flavor and a nice crunchy element from the caramelized rice. Additionally, the restaurant serves tasty...

*Restaurant Review* °. Last weekend, I went to @rizriz_restaurant for the first time. It was for lunch, with my acrobatics partner @mariine.lrge . °. Nice place and ambiance. She had a Dragon Curry and I had the Spinach Dahl with 2 types of rice. °. Everything was delicious. Spicy level 3 for the dragon curry is light of you're not French and used to spicy food. °. Well prepared, nice presentation. Lots of flavors. Good combination for nutrition values. °. I was so hesitant for dessert because all of the others seemed marvelous as well. Ended up getting the matcha cheesecake because I know how hard it is to achieve nice texture on that dessert as a plant-based recipe. °. They have a menu with all the dishes in smaller amounts for you to try. If I remember correctly, ot was 26 euros for that. °. Definetely coming back there with GF some of these days. °. We made reservations for lunch at Riz Riz after passing by yesterday on our way back to the hotel. I was excited because it’s a vegan-gluten-free restaurant, and to find this in Paris was a delight! I can note here that reservations were not necessary. The vibe is a modern, local neighborhood establishment in a small but busy side street. We opted for “The Table” which is a sample size of all all the savory options, served with a bottomless bowl of Jasmine rice (the first bowl is about 2.5 cups and we did not refill), mezza style. The inspiration seems a fusion of Thai dishes mixed with Middle Eastern dishes. I will note everything is their own interpretation, not classic versions, yet totally inspired and well prepared and presented. We enjoyed EVERYTHING, although each of us had different favorites! Something for everyone- absolutely delicious! My only regret is that I didn’t take a “before” photo so you could see how beautiful and colorful each dish is. I think Riz Riz will become a Parisian favorite for vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else too!
