Rose Bakery Tea Room Le Bon Marché — Restaurant in Paris

Very nice and good quality food but service much to be desired. Had visited a this restaurant a year ago and had a very pleasant experience, waiters were friendly and smiling. Recent visit was disappointing. All the waiters seemed stressed. Although the restaurant was busy it was not too hectic. I saw one of the managers berating his staff for no apparent reason. When I addressed myself to this person he told me in not so many words that would have to wait to be served by one of the waiters he being himself far too occupied to take my question. A great shame because one of my friends recommended this restaurant to me and we visited their branch in London together. After when I came to Paris and visited the bon marché I discovered their restaurant here and was so happy to sit and have lunch their and had a fantastic time with a girlfriend that day. This time the experience left me downhearted because I really fell on love with the restaurant and the concept after the last time when the waiters were all so...

Coffee and desserts were good, but I was racially discriminated by a female employee with long curly hair and glasses.

When I first arrived, she just looked at us and didn’t say anything. And also she didn't give us a proper seat guidance. She didn’t say anything until we asked. Then she just pointed her finger to the table. Even though there was lots of available seat, she made us wait. Because I think that she want to let sit down all Asian to corner of shop. She didn’t induct into a seat and we brought even menu by ourself. I saw she brought menu by herself and guide another customer who are white. When I asked how to order dessert because it doesn’t have english menu and I didn't know how to order it, she told that we have to wait in our seat. And she didn’t come back.

Other all employees are very nice to us. Only she was RASIST.

I was so upset. And very worried about this situation. Our memories in Paris is messed...

Alors par où dois-je commencer ... Le service, le gérant, la saleté des tables, le sol collant ... Je n'ai jamais eu ma petite pause douceur !!!

Restaurant *: le sol était dégoûtant, trop chaud

Nourriture *: Je ne peux pas dire, nous n'avons jamais été servis !! oo oui je peux parler de l'eau du robinet elle était bonne merci à Paris d'avoir une très bonne eau!

Service *: le service était en désordre Je ne comprends pas comment ils sont si occupés avec une si peu de table !!! Le meilleur point sur le menu est écrit "le paiement sera effectué à Table" et quand tout le monde finit, il fallait aller à la caisse pour payer ... oui oui j'ai eu tout le temps de voir tout ça parce que j'étais assise à ma table sale pendant plus de 30 minutes sans avoir été servi ou nettoyé la table. J'ai demandé au serveur de nettoyer la table il est venu 30 'plus tard et vous savez quoi il n'a même pas pris ma commande !! J'ai décidé de partir et de parler au "manager", il était le pire de tous les temps ...

Emplacement *: seul bon point ... Emplacement exceptionnel à l'intérieur du Bon Marché

Where do I start... The service, the manager, the dirty place, the sticky floor... I never had my tea time !!!

Restaurant*: the floor was disgusting, way too warm

Food: I can't tell, we have never been served !! oo yes I can talk about the tap water it was ok thank for Paris to have a very good water !

Service : the service was a mess I don't understand how they get so busy with such small amount of table !!! The best point on the menu it says "le paiement sera effectué à Table" and all people when they finish they had to go the cashier to pay... oo yeah I had plenty time to see all of this because I was sat on my dirty table for more than 30 minutes without been served or cleaned the table I asked the server to clean he came 30' later and you Know what he didn't even took my order !! I decided to left and to talk to "the manager" he was the worst ever...

Location :only good point... Amazing Location inside...
