Royal Dragon

I tried to low my expectations but the long waiting line even 20 min before opening made my expectations went up again. I expected a flovorful asian food for it's high rating and the fact that I was in the capital of good restaurants.

What I experienced was disappointing. The meats(duck, chicken, beef, porm) was dry, hard and rubbery. It has seasoning, but has no flavor. a little bit salt and garlic would solve this issue.

The sushi were so-so, but the thick cut made it it almost unenjoyable. this is the first time that I got sushi meat stuck in my teeth. a thinner slices and a smaller sushi will go a long way. Sushi rolls do not have that much integrity that it crumble upon pinching.

The dimsum was packed too tightly that the steam cannot properly heat up the dimsum. It was cold on my plate and was not that appetizing

The only redeeming point was the desert bar, it has a lot of variances and pretty good. And the food tastes fresh.

I guess the restaurant tries to sell as many food a lower price as possible.

If you don't care about the taste of your food, but only after low price and a high quantity this might be a 5 star for you.

I hope this was somehow only a problem for today. I gave 2 stars just because it does not deserve the 4.5 star, and this will not really hurt their overall rate. And I hope this will also be seen by critical people as well.
