Ludi is the best pilates teacher i have ever had. I started pilates because i had a herniated disk and i was pregnant with my 2nd kid. Ludi taught me how to.hold myself and we did so much core strength that 5 years later and 3 kids i no longer have backache, nor a mummy pooch. The best thing about Ludi is she teaches you so well that you can then add to her classes with online YouTube videos knowing that you're not going to hurt yourself. Lastly I try and do at least one escapade per year because 1) ludi is a Ray of sunshine and doesn't take herself too seriously (except with pilates and then there is NO MESSING ABOUT) 2) Because the women you meet are just wonderful and 3) because it is GREAT to get to do 3 or 4 days of yoga/sport/pilates in a well research haven with EXCELLENT food.
