This was a great experience and we don’t understand some of the negative reviews about the service because we were super well attended to by the wait staff and the chef. Perhaps this is because we ate at the stools at the bar facing the chefs. Each dish was a very delicate and delicious experience with innovative flavors (see the pictures and captions that we added) and great attention to detail and very nice presentation. There were two instances where the added sauces could have been avoided: the tartar sauce with the pork and the mayo sauce with the tuna tacos.
