⚠ I had a horrible experience at this bar. I wanted to order a glass of Prosecco, but the price wasn't listed on the menu, where only the price for a glass of champagne (10 €) was shown. So, I asked the waitress, who confirmed that the glass of Prosecco cost 5 €. I agreed, and I even ordered two, since the minimum amount for card payment is 8 €.
However, when it was time to pay, her colleague tried to charge me 16 €. I explained that her colleague had told me the total would be 10 € for the two glasses. She immediately replied that this was impossible, as the price was 10 € per glass. I then asked to speak to the waitress who had given me the information, and she confirmed the 5 € price, but her colleague still called the manager.
When explaining the situation to the manager, he told me in a threatening tone that I either paid 20 €, or I could order something else. I tried to remain calm and respectful, explaining that I had been informed of a completely different price, which no longer matched what they were asking for. He replied that in his bar, they could set the prices however they wanted.
However, according to article L112-1 of the Consumer Code, prices must be clearly displayed, and any agreement constitutes a contract. Furthermore, article L121-1 prohibits misleading commercial practices, which seems to clearly be the case here.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but being treated in a threatening manner when I wasn’t responsible for the confusion is unacceptable. I remained calm and acted in good faith throughout the discussion, but the behavior of the manager and the waitresses was deplorable. I have never seen anything like this, even having worked in a restaurant myself.
❌ I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BAR: not only do they not respect the law, but they also refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Be cautious and make sure prices are clearly displayed before ordering, especially if you have any doubts.

Il m’a répondu que dans son bar, il faisait ce qu’il voulait en matière de prix.
Or, selon l’article L112-1 du Code de la consommation, les prix doivent être clairement affichés, et tout accord constitue un contrat. De plus, l’article L121-1 interdit les pratiques commerciales trompeuses, ce qui me semble clairement être le cas ici.
Je comprends qu'une erreur puisse arriver, mais être traitée de manière menaçante alors que je n’étais pas responsable de cette confusion est inacceptable. J’ai fait preuve de calme et de bonne foi tout au long de la discussion, mais le comportement du manager et des serveuses a été déplorable. Je n’ai jamais vu cela, même en ayant moi-même travaillé dans la restauration.
