Soré - Cantine africaine / République — Restaurant in Paris

I was walking around the Marseille road area looking for a place to eat and I came across this west African shop. My friend ordered rice and a vegetarian stew. I didn't know what to buy so I just ate some of my friends food and it was absolutely lovely. I'm not a vegetarian but the flavours were excellent. Arrivée par hasard dans ce restaurant africain. Rien à redire sur la nourriture les plats étaient copieux et savoureux on a même eu du rab de sauce . En revanche le service......vraiment j'ai rarement vu ça, à croire qu'on dérangeait peu d'indications sur les plats, " ce que vous voyez c'est ce qu'on a" . bon soit. Après nous avoir servi la demoiselle retourne sur sa table en train de manger en regardant son portable. On peut avoir une serviette svp ??? . À la fin, je vais Ben c'est dommage on aurait aimé avoir de l'eau, "ben il y a une bonbonne derrière vous." Oui mais il n' y a pas de verre à disposition........ Zero reaction!?! Même si c'est une cantine., mettez à minima verres à disposition Dégâts des eaux dans les toilettes, bon ça arrive. Du coup on mange rapidement pour aller se soulager ailleurs. Quand on repasse 10 min après devant le restaurant, nos plats ne sont toujours pas débarrassés. Je précise qu'on étaient seules dans le restaurant. Madame était toujours sur son portable. It’s actually insane how good this place is. I’m quite new to African food but the staff are always happy to help me out. I’ve been twice and both times were amazing. I had the vegetarian mafé the first time and the chicken thieboudienne the second time. Super tasty and the portions are huge.
