Terres de Café in Paris is a coffee lover's dream destination. The moment you step in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you, setting the stage for a delightful experience. Their coffee is undoubtedly excellent, boasting rich flavors and carefully sourced beans that make every sip a memorable one. While the prices may lean towards the higher end, the quality justifies every penny spent. The dedication to sourcing and roasting their coffee beans is evident in each cup, making it an indulgence worth cherishing. One unique aspect of Terres de Café is its no wifi and strict no laptop policy, which may seem surprising at first, but it creates a refreshing atmosphere where people can genuinely connect over their love for coffee and engage in meaningful conversations without the distractions of the digital world. The staff at Terres de Café are friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to share their expertise and recommendations. Their passion for coffee shines through, making the experience more enjoyable and informative.Another highlight of this coffee shop is their masterful latte art. The baristas take pride in crafting exquisite designs on each latte, turning coffee into an art form. It's almost a shame to disturb the beautifully crafted patterns, but the taste is as wonderful as the presentation. In conclusion, Terres de Café is a haven for coffee enthusiasts seeking an exceptional and authentic coffee experience in Paris. Despite the higher prices, the outstanding coffee, warm ambiance, and attentive staff make it a worthwhile destination for any coffee lover looking to savor the true essence of a well-crafted cup of joe. Just be sure to leave your laptops behind and immerse yourself fully in the moment.

Updated 03/12/2021: Bringing down the rating to 3/5 ⭐ after having more comparisons of specialty coffee in Paris. 6,20€ for a cup of take-away oat milk flat white is just too much, even for Paris 🙅🏻‍♀️ It doesn't taste that much better to justify it & you can get a cup of great specialty coffee for 5€ elsewhere (4,5€ for a flat white & a 50 cent supplement for the milk). The coffee beans sold to take home are still great though & worth their price, so that I would still stop by for! Old review: The taste never disappoints, they have oat milk available & they also sell specialty coffee beans on the spot, as well as little coffee-related accessories ☕

Best coffee in Paris by French champion barista. Excellent espresso beverages! Had the Flat White made with a KSF Ethiopian anaerobic pulp-dried coffee made with a Slayer Espressi machine accompanied with a Gianduja cookie. Subtlety of the coffee flavors was terrific. Milk steamed perfectly. With apologies to some of the other reviewers, please don't expect large-chain american coffee choices here. That green-awning chain is all over the place in Paris. This is a specialty house that is literally world-class. And, in a nod to that chain, their machine is from Seattle. In other words, a different - and - very special experience.

I come here regularly whenever I'm in the area, but I'm afraid I will not come here ever again.

On April 12th or 13th in the morning I was on a crazy rush to get to work on time, so I ordered a double espresso to take away with a bit of cold milk (as the fastest thing to make and drink), however my order was refused.

I asked why and the barista said "they can't use cold milk", I ask why they can't use cold milk he said:"we did some tests and it doesn't work", I asked again "what does it mean it doesn't work?" he said they did some test and simply doesn't work and that he can do a flat white instead.

I tried to explain that I'm in a big rush to work and that I can't be sipping coffee until it cools down, and he suggested he can do a flat white with "heating the milk just a little", so I left.

The barista didn't show any service empathy neither made any effort to use standard hospitality verbiage like "we are really sorry but unfortunately we wouldn't be able to do this because of this, this and this..." that you would expect from a place that obviously see itself as so top-of-the-class, but evidently forgets what hospitality is about. (the conversion...

I have been having my coffee here for a few months now & I love the experience. Max makes an amazing coffee & serves it with the bonus of a beautiful peaceful smile, which just makes my day better. All their baristas are friendly & helpful and I had the chance to have a few lovely conversations with them about coffee.

Their daily coffee profile is generally "chocolate with nuts", but they also offer a special alternative coffee menu with different profiles.

The extraction is close to perfect & the oat milk is beautifully foamy. And the temperature of the drinks is always spot on (it matters to me a lot, as I'm particularly sensitive to burnt milk).

The place is charming but small, so the menu is restricted to very good, classical drinks. Best for a quick coffee &...
