✅ Strengths and Highlights Fresh, visible preparation Watching the pearls being cooked and coated in brown sugar gives a sense of authenticity and transparency. Excellent tapioca texture The pearls are soft and chewy in just the right way, freshly made throughout the day. Great presentation The torched sugar layer and gold foil options make every drink feel special and very photogenic. Signature flavor balance The caramelized brown sugar flavor blends well with creamy milk, giving a deep and comforting sweetness.
