Yi One — Restaurant in Paris

My wife and I visited this small restaurant one night during our trip to Paris. We had very low expectations and just thought about grabbing some late night snacks stepping in the bistro. The owner/waitress (?, she is a young lady) and the food totally blew our minds! Restaurant is small but very nice and clean. Everything we ordered (crepe, appetizer, noodle, and buns) were top-notch and freshly prepared! After 4 years not being able to go to China, the food made us feel quite nostalgic. The young lady is probably the best waitress I've ever seen. One person handling the entire bistro (welcoming guests, taking order, serving food, making drinks, doing cashier work, etc.) is definitely overwhelming. Our veggie buns were not properly reheated and were icy inside -- I had asked for some ice cubes but never got them -- I think they wound up in the buns! We asked to have them reheated - the waiter was surprised that they were icy but not particularly apologetic. They should have been taken off the bill. We saw a roach on the wall behind us as we were leaving, too late alas, to eat somewhere else instead. This restaurant does Chinese crêpes, which is rare. The noodles and crêpes are good but not exceptional, quite localized to cater for the taste of the locals. Price quality rate is a bit high but could be normal considering it’s location. I was there to try to remind me of the taste of Chinese crêpes that I adore back in China.
