YiFang Fruit Tea Odéon — Restaurant in Paris

Interesting to find Taiwanese bubble tea in an old district in Paris. Refreshing though for those who crave something different from the what you normally will find in a European city.

The shop space is limited and so takeaways is the norm here. Preparation will take some time so do cater some time for your order to be ready.

Every other bubble tea place I've been to in Paris has allowed me to request for less tapioca (while paying for the full price). This place did not. For what reason, I do not know. La salle est très agréable et joliment décorée. On peut s'asseoir sur des chaises hautes ou des bancs même s'il y a peu de places, environ 6. Il fait bon. La jeune femme qui nous a servis était un peu sèche. C'est dommage. Le bubble tea thé vert raisins avec gelée et cream cheese n'était vraiment pas terrible. Il avait un goût douçâtre, sucré pas vraiment identifiable. J'ai pris 30% de sucre comme recommandé par la personne qui a pris notre commande alors que je voulais prendre 0% de sucre. On ne sentait pas le raisin malheureusement, malgré 2-3 petits morceaux au fond du verre. Et le goût du cream cheese était un peu fade. Nous avons été déçus par cette boisson. Heureusement, le sucre brun matcha latte avec perles était bon. Les egg pancakes étaient plutôt bons, sans plus. La pâte était un peu trop sucrée à mon goût. Et ils étaient un peu faits à l'arrache. Il n'y avait pas assez de pâte pour que la forme soit nette. Il y avait des trous. C'était correct mais sans plus globalement. Je préfère la boutique Yi Fang rue...
