This is a strange rating because I'm not sure they deserve a 4 but 3 is too low. I'd give it 3.7 or 3.8 if I could. There's nothing wrong with it really. Good burger, good fries, their homemade ketchup is lovely, it's like a sweet relish. Something was missing though, and it wasn't just the very slow service. I think it might be the meat patty. It was good, just not meaty enough. Maybe it didn't have enough of that grilled flavour. I can't explain it. I just know I've had better burgers. This place hovers between good and very good, probably closer to very good but not quite there. I ordered a chicken burger, but it arrived cold, as if it had been sitting in the fridge. When I pointed this out, they reheated it, only to bring it back still cold. Additionally, the potatoes were severely burnt, with many of them blackened, and the cheese sauce on top resembled more of an omelette than a cheesy sauce. To add to the frustration, only two out of the four drinks we ordered were brought to us promptly, while the other two arrived 15 minutes later. Furthermore, they only provided us with two sets of cutlery for four people. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid—15-20€ per person. We visited this place for the first and last time today. The good reviews of the restaurant drew us in, but we were severely disappointed. If you thought you couldn’t go wrong with fries, this place will prove you wrong: the fries here are apparently fried so many times that they’re completely burnt, consisting only of crust and air.
