Black & White Burger Strasbourg — Restaurant in Strasbourg

The burger was cold!! This was unbelievable! This happened yesterday night. We waited for 18 min and what we get is absolutely cold burger and cold fries with cheese and I paid for two sachets of mayonnaise and they did not even have that! And the lady at the counter flatly said that she did not have mayonnaise. Fine, but then have some professionalism and give my money back for the mayo sachets! 30 cents are not going to change my life but there is something called professional etiquette. Your order screen showed mayo as being available. Fine, you don't have it, at least offer to pay the money back! Don't waste your time and money...

The number of opinions convinced me to go, but it was a disappointment. The staff is sluggish, I waited for my burger for about 15 minutes even though there was almost nobody else. When my meal was finally ready, the burger was completely cold and the fries were hot. It tasted ok but the temperature ruined everything. The fries were from a freezer, which is not what you would expect. Also the staff isn't cordial, I got the feeling that I was not welcomed there. I decided to give it another chance but my experience was very similar to the first one - maybe the burger was slightly warmer, but still it should not be...

In town visiting for Christmas, I happened to miss getting a dinner reservation for Christmas Eve dinner and this restaurant was the only one open late and as such were slammed with crowds ordering food. Despite this, the staff remained courteous and did their best to get through the orders. I had not heard of this restaurant before and my expectations were neutral.
