I went to this restaurant on Thursday 22nd/May/2025 for dinner time with 3 other friends (we were 4 people in total). It's a big place, so you don't really need to book a table, as there should always be space. They offered fast and kind service. This is what we ordered:
► Beignets Crevettes // "Fried shrimp" (5,90€) ► Noodles Canard // "Roast duck fried noodles" (16,90€) ► Noodles Boeuf Braise // "Stewed beef fried noodles" (16,90€) ► Soupe Poulet Piquante // "Spicy chicken noodle soup" (15,90€) ► Soupe Canard // "Roast duck noodle soup" (16,90€) ► 1 Coca-cola (3,50€) ► Beer & Water (8,50€)
All noodle dishes were delicious and the quantity was very good. I really enjoyed my noodle soup and I even felt a bit stuffed after finishng it. Regarding the fried shrimp, I have to say that the quantity was quite poor compared to its price. There were literally 4 pieces of fried shrimp and they were quite small, so that's why I think this dish in particular was a bit overpriced. Still, it was yummy and I enjoyed it. If you're into Asian food and want to eat some good ramen, this is your place in Strasburg. I'm attaching pictures of the menu, the food and the final ticket.

We particularly went to this restaurant as we had read some really good reviews online.. we reached there at around 6:30 PM on a rainy evening and more than half of the restaurant was empty. When we asked the waitress for a table she refused saying it's only by reservation. When we were about to leave there was a Chinese couple who entered and didn't have any reservation done beforehand. The same waitress offered them bar chairs by the window and settled them there. When I asked her for the same for us, which was very much available, she bluntly refused. We already had a very long day and had no motivation to argue with her so just left. It was very embarrassing and we definitely felt...

The hand-pulled noodles were incredible — you can actually see the chefs making them fresh behind the counter, which adds such a nice authentic touch. I had the beef lamian, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
The service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere is cozy but modern — perfect for a casual dinner or a quick lunch. You can really tell they put care into what they do here.
If you love real, comforting noodles or just want something fresh and different in Strasbourg, I can’t recommend Lamian enough. I’ll definitely be back next time...
