The hotel is really niche. It does not have the feeling of a "big labyrinth" hotel. The hotel is separated into two buildings, which are connected by a tunnel. On either side are nice gardens, where, if the weather is nice, one may sit and enjoy the nice greenery. The rooms are clean, modern, and nice. The staff is open and nice, and all the people I spoke with spoke great English.
