Redwood Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in Torcy

We are staying at sequoia lodge, and being the local bar/restaurant this place is convenient.We visited last night for food and drinks, after waiting half hour and not being attended to, we went to find some service.We ordered food and drinks and they where brought out pretty quick.We where however waiting on one meal, eventually most had finished their food and the waiting party member decided she was going to cancel the food when it come out.The food never come and upon paying the bill, we informed them about the meal that had not been brought out, to which he informed us that the kitchen had ran out! I was furious as I thought they had forgot, but Infact, they knew and said nothing.We paid our bill and nobody tipped due to this service.We arrived at the bar again this evening, and after 45mins, we have still not received our drinks, even though it’s 11pm and very quiet in here.There is a lot of staff stood around and there is no excuse for such a wait.This place lets the hotel down and based on our experience, we have decided to try another hotel in future. oh and however decorated this tree, needs his...

We come to Disneyland paris every 2 years and usually stay at the Cheyenne Hotel, this time we decided to stay at the Sequoia lodge which is a lovely hotel. After an early flight and an afternoon in the park we checked into the hotel and wanted to get a drink at the bar . We waited over 10 minutes in a queue to be seated even though it wasn't very busy , then waited for a server ( we were told we could not go to the bar ourselves ) after we had ordered our server went to chat to another customer , then a member of staff . Approximately 25 minutes passed and our drinks were sat on the bar and our server then went to take an order from another customer , so we decided to leave . Still my favorite bar in Disneyland Paris ! The atmosphere in the bar is great. Cosy corners to sit in, dimmed lights, a big fireplace,.. the theming is also great here, especially around xmas this place is really well decorated!

Plenty of drinks to choose from. From neat spirits to tropical cocktails/mocktails, a few seasonal hot and cold drinks.

Also a few options for a quick snack (the chicken sandwiches are great!), small nibbles with your drink or some sweet desserts.

The staff has always been really friendly and enthusiastic whenever I went.

Yeah you pay a bit more than you would normally for a beer,... But it is set in a theme park after all, and the theming and atmosphere...
