This dinner is at 49€ for amuse bouche, entree, soup, main, dessert. It fills you up. I would have given it 5 but it’s unfortunate to come here at a heat wave at peak of summer because the Cave has no air conditioning unit. And the restaurant was not full, so I can imagine it could have gone so much hotter. But we were sweating the entire time eating our food. Food came slower than I had expected.

The main server is very nice. I can see he was really hard working. Although I saw his assistant came with plates for the other table and forgot to explain what the food was. He came after, apologized and explained.

The food is very good. Not the best or one of the very best I’ve had. Not gastronomically mind blowing that you can tell they put didn’t much creativity on making the plate. Still very yummy though, of course.

Very decent, lovely enough..dinner. I wouldn’t dare come back...

MAGNIFICENT Meal!

This is a brand new restaurant in Toulouse in a very attractive cave. The chef has already been recognized by Gault Millau and Michelin and deservedly so. The menu includes both a 3 course menu and a 4 course menu. Among the four of us, we had both. We had the Oeuf bio a 63 with foie gras and mushrooms, the soups de courgettes, the trout and bar and veal and for dessert cheese and tarts aux citrons. Each and every dish was absolutely delicious and pleasingly presented. With the meal we had a delightful white wine from Gaillac. The cave is very attractive, the service was very pleasant. All four of us were extremely pleased with the dinner and HIGHLY recommend that you try this new restaurant for yourself. It...

An amazing experience in this gastronomic restaurant. From the well-selected drinks to each refined dish, this was an amazing experience. Original and with selected local product, each dish was well-thought and unique. We called in advance to ask for vegetarian options and I could not have been more satisfied: the mise en bouche, starter, first course and dessert were already vegetarian and the cook prepared a special main dish composed of a delicately-assembled selection of vegetables. Additionally, the interieur is refined and cosy and the limited amount of table allows for an intimate ambiance. Big applause to the waiter who handled the whole service brilliantly and by himself. Would highly recommend, it is really...

We booked a table which was a good idea - the restaurant was fully seated with both residents and tourists. The location is extraordinary; it’s a vault of a historic building and pleasantly cool in hot summer. They offer two different Menus, you can choose between three or 4 courses. There was one without meat but with fish. No completely vegetarian set. It might be possible on request though. The food was amazing and typically french style. Next to the ordered courses we additionally got served an appetizer and a n amuse gueille. I can especially recommend the dessert and the eggplant dish.
