To start - we ordered few items and asked the staff if he needs to write it down - he promptly replied that'll remember all. News flash he didn't. Some items were missing: dry wine instead of sweet, kebab with cheese instead of without, he did swap it tho after asked but yeah.

We recieved kebabs but no sauces(ordered before) salads(also ordered before) then some georgian lady came with our desired sauces smiled showed something on her head and talked back with georgian about nothing. Like you dear reader might know by now the order was also incomplete. After serveral failures in providing us proper service the other dude said "sorry it's because we are busy" - hopefully not for so long, not deserved

The food was mediocre at best - not so good not so bad... at least the things that were brought to the table.

We started thinking about giving foot massages to tires staff and bringing our food that was steaming on the bar - poor charcho soup was gliding like ufo saucer around all the tables to end up back in the kitchen - shame :(

After my irritation peaked and missplaced wine hit my head I stood up and asked them to cancel rest of the order and pay only for the things recieved - they agreed to that (not a signle "sorry" was availible in the menu also)

It looks like foreigners are treated like a cattle in tourist trap. Georgian moustache mans recievied they order very fast

We had been in six different restaurants in Kutaisi city center and this one was by far the worst. When ordering, they told us waiting time for vegetable shashlik is 1 hour, so we decided for creamy mushroom soup, fries, chicken soup, pork ojakhuli, beer, fresh juice and cafe latte. Beer and juice came fast, although the juice was probably not fresh. Then came creamy mushroom soup, which was red from paprika and did not taste like creamy mushroom soup should taste. FYI about 200m across the square there is a hotel where you get the soup properly done for similar price. Then came pork and chicken ojakhuri. When we said we wanted one pork ojakhuri and one chicken soup, the waiter made argument that he remembers us order something else. Manager offered to cancel the meal or give discount, we agreed on cancelling. Also we reminded the latte, ordered 30 minutes ago. After another 15 minutes we reminded the latte again and got it after some 5 minutes. Then came the bill with our cancelled chicken ojakhuri on it (the bill is in Georgian, so you need to ask them to translate it to verify what you are paying for). When reminded that it was cancelled, they brought proper bill.

Also the pork ojakhuri was spiced only by salt, in other places here they make it more spicey. But I am no expert on Georgian cuisine, so it is hard to judge.

To sum it up, you have to wait long time, repeat orders, check your bill and the meals are not...

Very disappointing. By far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Too bad for the staff, they are kind; everything else was disrespectful to the customers. Serving time for the food took roughly 40'/dish. The dishes were brought in random order: while my friend had her kebab, mine came 1h later. It was almost like a roulette, what would come next? We ordered cheese for starters but more on that later. The menu is not descriptive enough of what it offers. Simple chicken became some kind of tikka masala. Tomato and cucumber salad was chopped so roughly I might as well have had them whole, and contained massive chunks of jalapeño (not specified in the menu). My fish came before the aforementioned salad and the plate to serve it on, 5 min later. After the compot that took 20 min to arrive came the ice-cream, which we ordered together with the fish to make sure we ate it that day and finally, while waiting to ask for the check, came the cheese. As I've said, the staff is friendly, but it is the only reason this review has a star at all. Please do not waste...
