GALLERY TERRACE — Restaurant in Kutaisi

Between ordering pork and untill it arrived took one hour (we were not warned about waiting time). First dish arrived with in reasonable time, however the carbonara was missing ingredients, so after few bites decision was made not to eat. On the table was no salt or peppers and they not even offered. After 50 mins in waiting for pork and no interest from waiters how we are doing, we called them. Once he approached we asked to check how long it will take for the pork. His response was: that he will check end left, ignoring almost full plate of carbonara pushed to the side of the table. Once he came back he ensured that food will be ready in five minutes. Then we asked him to take carbonara away. Waiter asked if you liked? To what we answered: no as it's not carbonara, as it missing ingredients witch are clearly visible on them menu picture. He looks at us and next question followed, but besides that everything good?

After 10 minutes pork arrived drained in the sauce, first few bites were okay, but with some time the sauce started to soak in the meat and it became not nice any more. Left almost full plate, and we went to pay. There were no apology regarding the food, or any offers from them just to fix the situation. We just paid and left in disappointment.

It used to be a very nice place. Lately they expanded the terrace and made the place bigger meanwhile service decreased significantly. First, they are not bringing food together, which means if there's few of you you're gonna eat one by one. Prices went up and now become quite pricey. I ordered carbonara for myself. Pasta was homemade which is a plus, but unfortunately it was missing fatty cured pork which is standard for this pasta and on pictures in menu it's present.Of course I wasn't warned about it. So I guess it was my last visit. Pork Tenderloin With Cherry Sauce and Puree took one hour to bring which again we weren't warned about. The view is...

Other than the amazing view, I'd avoid eating here. Fries came with spicy ketchup which was tough for our toddler. No other option available. Steak salad was under seasoned but the grilled veggies were overdone with soy sauce. We waited about 40 minutes for the cherry pork. We asked it to be taken away. We were then charged 6 gel for the takeout containers. Of course we weren't warned of the wait until 10 mins before the meal arrived, and we weren't warned that we'd have to pay extra for take out.
