We recently visited Georgian Cuisine Magnolia and had an experience that left us feeling uncomfortable. As foreign customer, I wanted to share feedback about our experience with the service. Unfortunately, the staff’s attentiveness and responsiveness were lacking, and we felt that our needs were not prioritized. This detracted from what could have been an enjoyable meal. It also appeared that there was a noticeable difference in the way certain customers were treated, specifically in terms of race. We were treated differently, as if there were assumptions about our ability to afford the meal. This perception made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, overshadowing what we hoped would be a pleasant dining experience.

We felt ignored by the staffs, as we waited for assistance but received minimal attention compared to other tables. The receptionist (short hair) ignored us, we call her but she pretended that she didn’t see us, she pointed to the other waiter to assist us but that waiter didn’t come to us pretending he was busy. Both of them ignored us. This was disappointing and the experience left us feeling unwelcome. The wait time was unexpectedly long, and it affected our overall experience. The food served after 45 minutes or more than that. The pork barbecue was tough. The food was tasty tho. It would be great if wait times could be managed better, especially during busy periods, as this would make the dining experience much more enjoyable.

I’m sharing this feedback because I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe a welcoming atmosphere for all customers—local or foreign—would make your establishment even better. And improving the quality of service could enhance the overall dining experience for all your guests. I hope you’ll take this into consideration and address it with the team. Kindly consider this feedback to ensure every guest feels valued and respected.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I look forward to seeing positive changes and a more welcoming atmosphere...

‘Georgian Cuisine Magnolia’ in Kutaisi, Georgia, was a delightful discovery. We had a great dining experience here, and I want to share our thoughts.

We began our meal with a tomato cucumber salad. It was really good and super fresh. Eating it felt like a burst of freshness on our plates, setting a positive tone.

The khinkali, which are Georgian dumplings, were good too. They were like tasty appetizers, getting us ready for the main dishes.

But the star of the show was the pork BBQ. It wasn’t just good; it was very, very good. The pork was tender and full of smoky flavors, showing off Georgian grilling skills.

The kabab was also good, delivering delicious grill flavors that satisfied our taste buds.

One dish that surprised us was the chicken in garlic sauce. We expected a creamy, white garlic sauce, but what we got was more like a garlic soup. It was a surprise, but the garlic taste was quite delicious.

And don’t forget about the bread they served. It was good and went perfectly with our meal.

Now, onto dessert – the carrot cake. It was above average and a sweet ending to our meal. While it didn’t steal the show like the pork BBQ, it was a tasty way to finish our dining experience.

What made our experience even better was the friendly and attentive staff. Their warmth added to our enjoyment.

In summary, ‘Georgian Cuisine Magnolia’ is a must-visit in Kutaisi. From the fresh salad to the unforgettable pork BBQ, it’s a delightful journey through Georgian flavors. Even the unexpected twists in some dishes added to the charm. Don’t miss the chance to savor Georgian cuisine at ‘Magnolia.’ It’s a gem worth exploring in...

Georgian Cuisine Magnolia has secured a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5 stars in my review, making it a standout destination for those craving an authentic Georgian culinary experience. The Khinkali, a hallmark of Georgian cuisine, stole the show with their delicious blend of savory filling and perfectly thin dough. Each bite was a flavor-packed journey, showcasing the culinary finesse of the kitchen.

The Katchapuri, another Georgian classic, complemented the Khinkali admirably. The cheesy goodness encased in golden-brown bread offered a delightful contrast of textures and flavors, contributing to the overall success of the meal.

A notable advantage is the proficiency in English, facilitating a seamless dining experience for international guests. The staff's linguistic adeptness adds a layer of comfort, making it easier for patrons to explore the rich array of Georgian dishes.

Beyond the culinary delights, the staff at Georgian Cuisine Magnolia earned praise for their niceness and helpful demeanor. Their attentiveness enhanced the overall dining ambiance, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

While the experience was exceptional, leaving room for only minor improvements, Georgian Cuisine Magnolia emerges as a noteworthy haven for those seeking an authentic taste of Georgia in a friendly and accommodating setting. It stands as a culinary gem in the realm of...

Fantastic restaurant with a really special vibe! We had the opportunity to eat there with my girlfriend and we both loved the food served there. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only minor downside was that the service was a bit slow, but the exceptional quality of the food and the great atmosphere more than made up for it. Totally recommend! 5/5
