White Elephant Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Kutaisi

Hi, I wanted to give 5/5 rating when we had our dinner for the first time. It was bcoz of the taste of food and the hospitality of the owners (students) who were just friendly and polite. Being MBBS students they never showed that pride and worked sincerely for their restaurant (especially Mr. Rishi, Mr. Arun and two other young girls). Also the taste of food was good but felt the price was little high. But still we thought being students providing this quality of food, fetching goods, working at odd times all these wouldn't be easy for them so they might have fixed these prices. We were so satisfied with the food that we paid another visit to the place for dinner but the scenario was completed different. There was another fair telugu speaking guy ( we didn't know his name)who was just busy blabbering with other student customers who were visitors and didn't even care about other customers who were waiting for long time just for daal n rice. Also size of the roti was so decreased when compared to the previous day. when asked about the same he was just being so arrogant and rude saying" how much size has it decreased? This much or what? ( Tried to ask the amount using his hands) Or should we have to reduce the price in the menu from the next time?..". Also all the gravy items were finished so we have ordered chicken 65 but it took so long ( coz he was busy serving to those student visitors) that we just wanted to cancel the order coz we had small baby with us n it was late nyt n baby was tired and started being cranky. When we told the same thing to that fair guy he rudely replied "it's ok even we don't have food to eat we will have your ordered food coz the preparation has already started." For my friends whoever are planning to visit kutaisi I will definitely suggest this place but will definitely warn about that rude fair guy. If I wouldn't have encountered with him the restaurant was worth 5 star rating in terms of quality of food and service and especially their hospitality. Keep going guys (except that fair guys)and all the very best for your future and I wish u all become great...
