We made a reservation for two via Instagram. When we arrived, they suggested we sit at a very poor table. The place was mostly empty, but when we asked to be moved to a different table, they said that the people who made the reservation had sent a photo of the table they wanted, so they couldn’t change it. It was the first time we had ever heard of such a thing. We said okay and still asked for another table. The table they gave us instead was right in front of the kitchen door and the service bell area where food is placed when it’s ready. It was a single isolated table in the room. They managed the process very poorly.
As for the food, we ordered two different main dishes and cocktails. The cocktails were 5/5 – highly recommended. We had the Fresh Air and Jasmine. You can pair Fresh Air with a meat or chicken dish; it balances the flavors well and allows you to taste everything in harmony.
The food, however, was 3/5. We ordered Chicken in Grape (1/5) and Kharciho with Elarji (4/5). The chicken dish was very, very mediocre. The sauce was too heavy and overwhelming, and the chicken wasn’t well-marinated. The red meat dish, on the other hand, was quite good. Both the meat and mashed potato components were like a purée. It’s worth knowing this before ordering. The meat part had a rich and quality taste, while the potato purée was much softer and helped balance the dish.
The service was generally good. We didn’t like the staff’s attitude regarding the reservation. Purely in terms of service, I’d give it a 4/5.

It’s got charm and could be a great spot for romantic dates, it shall certainly please the instafoodies. Service was excellent and I was most impressed by our waitress, who spoke perfect English and would tick nearly all the boxes on a Service survey. She was attentive, knew the menu well and was both responsive and discreet. If the rest of the staff is like her, this ranks as one of the best service I’ve had in the city. The reason I am not giving it more stars are the following: -Unless you booked ahead and got the best spots near the windows, the lighting is just not good enough. I am quite sensitive to lighting and I really could not fully enjoy my dinner because the lighting was too low. I would highly recommend to hire a lighting designer so that every table can get the best experience this upscale restaurant should offer. -Because it was a super hot day, some spots were just way too hot to sit in. Setting up fans on the walls would easily fix this. -The food was good, served in perfectly sized portions, but we were not really impressed by any of it. However, we were a bit disappointed with the taste. First we ordered Shkmeruli Chicken. It was generally delicious, but there was a lot of milk smell in the sauce. The cream was thick. Then we ordered Chicken in Blackberry Sauce, which was a disappointment. It was like chicken in a tomato soup. Actually there was no tomato in it. We were asked for an evaluation by the staff and we gave our opinion. Then a nice lady came, I think she was the manager of the place. We shared the same thoughts and then he didn't charge us for the Chicken in Blackberry Sauce. Of course we did not accept because it would be misunderstood. However, his approach was very polite and we thank him. They wanted to create a nice place with good intentions.
