Should you wish to visit Europe, I suggest Georgia, Tbilisi. Not only the city is known for its heritage and historical architecture but it embraces you with its warmth, nice people and beautiful sceneries. And there, nestled at the heart of Tbilisi, few steps from the Freedom Square, you find this gem Ibis Styles Tbilisi Centre Hotel. Not only the hotel stands out for its unique designs and colors, its interior design brings you a tremendous amount of calmness, serenity and cheerfulness. The minute you walk into the hotel’s reception, you get welcomed by this beautiful breeze, a crisp of cardamom and mix of spices and flowers that sets this hotel apart from any other hospitality provider, creating deep memories within you entangled with rich experience and love you’ll always have for this hotel and its people. Exceptional experience and memories we carried back home after departing Tbilisi and Ibis Hotel post a short vacation. What makes this hotel exceptionally rated not only by us but also by the TripAdvisor App as the 2025 Travelers choice is the exceptional hospitality and professionalism being extended by every single staff member that we came across from the reception, concierge, restaurant and housekeeping. Upon checking in, we were booked a suite which was really nice but the air conditioning system was broken. While reporting the same to the reception, Ms. Nino swiftly arranged for a fix with the hotel technician, and soon offered another suite to move to despite the hotel being fully booked. Following days, we met Mr. Luka ( Assistant front desk Manager) who has this remarkable personality that welcomes you with warmth and kindness. He did help arranging several tours within the city and outside which was shared with us same day based on our request. He also approved a late checkout for us despite the hotel being fully booked which was really exceptional. A huge shoutout goes to Mr. Giorgi ( Front Desk Manager) whose exceptional leadership skills, uplifting spirit and professionalism have been embedded within every staff at the front desk, elevating the overall experience for every single guest. Having said that we wish to thank the following team members: Ms. Nini, Ms. Anastasia, Ms. Tiko and Mr. George for their help. |As for the breakfast experience, we were blessed with amazing food, delicious recipes and tremendous personnel who offered not only tasty food but warmth smiles and kindness. Huge shoutout goes to every one in the kitchen and outside namely: Chef Karina and Chef Irina for an amazing recipes and dishes being prepared. Thank you for Ms. Anna for an exceptional management of the restaurant during our stay and thanks to all the waitresses namely: Ms. Anano, Ms. Mariami and Ms. Taso for their kindness, help and professionalism. |In the end, I’d like to send a huge shout out to the hidden soldiers who basically elevated our stay by keeping our suit (402) clean, nice and tidy such as Mrs. Nino and Mrs. Eka. Exceptional thanks goes to Mrs. Nino who left us an amazing note wishing us a joyful stay and wonderful memories, not only she made us happy but completely touched by her wonderful personality. |In the end, we wish everyone at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Centre Hotel best of luck and we look forward to being welcomed by you once again should we visit Tbilisi anytime soon. Read moreI was traveling to Tbilisi and was looking for a central place to stay. While looking online, I noticed the ibis Styles Tbilisi Center centrally located and within walking distance to many sights and attractions.
The hotel is located on walkway behind the main Independence Square; the walkway is pedestrian only during the day but cars can come early or late in the evening. Being centrally located and within walking distance to the main square is a great plus point for the hotel; also within walking distance there are a number of restaurants, ATM/banks, shops, and other services all centrally located.
The hotel is comprised of 7 floors with the check-in desk and main entrance on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a coffee/tea/water station which is complimentary, the restaurant where breakfast is available for purchase (if you did not include it in your rate) and plenty of seating. As per European standards, the hotel is somewhat narrow and tall but does not feel cramped. After checking in, I took the key card to take the elevator up to the 4th floor for my room.
When I entered the room, it did have more unique design aspects to them which made the basic room look more interesting. You entered the room into a tiled hallway which had a open closet on the left with a luggage rack down below and shelves up above. Continuing on the left was a doorway which led to the toilet and next to that was another doorway which led to the shower. The sink was outside in the tiled hallway facing the bedroom. The shower had refillable shower products including body/hair wash and conditioner; the sink had a refillable hand wash next to it and there were plenty of towels. The tiled hallway led into a carpeted bedroom which contained a desk connected to some shelves along the barrier (the same barrier that had the sink on the other side) as well as a bed with two nightstands on either side. Mounted on the wall in front of the bed was a TV and on the wall in the tiled hallway were coat hooks. The bed was comfy and a decent size so provided a good nights sleep; there were also power outlets next to the bed and that was important. There was a window alongside the other wall and there were nice blackout curtains which were very helpful to get a good nights rest; there was also a decent amount of space between the bed and the window so it did not feel too cramped. Other amenities in the room included glasses for water, a coffee/tea maker set on the desk, a fridge with complimentary water bottles, as well as a safe.
While the hotel is not full-service, there were amenities provided that were either complimentary or required additional purchase. Wifi was complimentary and the speeds were decent; water/tea/coffee in the lobby were offerd and they were complimentary all the time; complimentary water bottles were provided in the room; there was a restaurant on the ground floor that was open for breakfast only and there was a restaurant/bar on the 5th floor for drinks and food.
Overall, it was a nice stay at the ibis Styles and it was centrally located and provided a nice and clean room with a decent bed and ensuite bathroom. That is what I generally expect from ibis Styles and they...
Read moreMe and my husband ,WE stayed at your hotel for three days. WE got married in Tbilisi. Tbilisi is a very nice memory for me . It is really a beautiful hotel. The location of the hotel is very good in the city center. I did all my things around the city center and went to the big shopping mall and restaurants. The design of the hotel lobby was very interesting, as well as the modern and interesting design of the rooms. The breakfast at your hotel was very good. The rooms were clean. The only problem for me that was not the cotton swabs in the room. And there is no iron inside of the room but I got it from the hotel's Housekeeping. If it's possible, prepare cotton swabs and a small iron inside of the room. I told it as a recommendation. The hotel is very quiet, the people who are working in the reception are very polite and have smiling faces. special when I arrived on the 28th of September in the morning, I forgot the names of those ladies who are working in the reception, but if you know their names, when your department read my review and repky back my review ,please mention the name of two ladies in my arrival time in the morning, when I arrived in the morning; because they were very polite and smiling faces. Your receptionists knows English well and also totally respectful for the guests. A lady her name was "nini" who was in charge of cleaning the rooms was very nice and respectful lady. She knew English very well. I loved her very much. She cleans very fast and knows her job very well. Send my regards to her. generally I was very satisfied in your hotel and it was a enjoyable stay for us. I have been in many five star hotels. But your hotel is one of the very good hotels despite hotel standards. Clean and good hotel with good breakfast. I hope to come there again and recommend this hotel to everyone.. good luck guys and ladies in the reception. Hope to...
