This was my first time experiencing a Hotel in Tbilisi, as I am living in this town I always had my own apartment . I came here for a little bit of rest and I loved this place. My stay was not breakfast included and I only had one salad at the restaurant which I didn’t enjoy that much! And I don’t know anything about the breakfast. But the design of the room, equipments , smell and everything was wonderful😍 You can find whatever you need in the room and everything was super clean❤️ Their staff were friendly and I had a great experience 😍😍 Also I have to mention that the location is super nice 👌🏽 I totally recommend this place.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent for the price. The only thing to note is that the room was smaller than expected. It was fine for a solo traveler or a short stay, but if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple, it might feel a bit tight. That said, the space was well-used and very comfortable overall. Would definitely stay again!

We’ve been staying here for 2 days on April. Friendly staff, beautiful reception and great location. However, the AC was not working properly, it was always too hot and rooms sizes are extremely small, the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in my life. Apart from that, the sliding door for bathroom was not closing completely and there was always an open gap from both sides, basically you never could close the door completely.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! ||1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. |2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. |3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. |4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. |5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! |6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. |7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. |8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. |9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay.|10. The gym is not located inside of the hotel as advertised on booking. |11. The minibar was empty, and when we checked in we found an open sugar sachet left from the...

My partner and I stayed here for almost a month and greatly enjoyed our time here overall. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff who was helpful, kind, and attentive the entire stay. Beautiful hotel design - modern, clean, and luxurious. Excellent location just a short walk from many attractions and restaurants in a quiet area. We loved the restaurant on-site. It had a good mix of dishes (though the serving sizes are HUGE). Large modern rooms with very comfortable beds and linens. The shower was hot and even though there were some neighborhood-wide shutdowns of water during our stay, we always had water at the hotel. We used the laundry service several times. It was very efficient and our clothes always came back looking perfect.

My only negatives: -No vegan milk options for coffees. This felt like a big inconvenience to me for a 4-star hotel. -The AC is central so we had to keep the window open at all times to get the room to a comfortable temperate. The central setting was at around 24 usually and we prefer around 18 so it was less than ideal having absolutely no control over the AC monitor that’s in your room. Luckily the weather was very cold so regulating through the window was fine. This would not be ok to us in warmer weather and seems like a really big issue for this level of hotel. -Our room was good but lacking in some areas. There is PLENTY of space for a proper desk or table for room service or just everyday use. Instead you only have this small single-person table for everything. It was annoying trying to find places to set room service along with trying to work on laptops. -We had one small window that was in the corner facing the courtyard that didn’t let much light in. This was only really a concern for us because of our...
