Feedback – Flower Hotel||||We stayed at Flower Hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing and borderline harassing.||||We checked in around 10:30 PM with our two kids, including a 5-year-old daughter who does not require a separate bed. The receptionist immediately refused to issue the room, insisting we either cancel our booking, book another room, or pay 160 Laris extra simply because our daughter’s name wasn’t mentioned—despite the fact that she clearly doesn’t need an extra bed and this has never been an issue at any other hotel.||||Out of sheer exhaustion and for the sake of our kids, we unwillingly agreed to pay. We also requested an extra mattress for the amount charged, but were told no staff was available and they couldn’t provide it—yet they charged us anyway. This felt like blatant exploitation and harassment, especially at that hour with children involved.||||Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve after check-in:||||Reception calls were never answered. We had to come down from the 8th floor multiple times, even late at night. When we told the receptionist the phone wasn’t working, his response was dismissive: “Just tell me what do you want?”||||TV was not working. Upon raising the issue, we were told the electrician wasn’t available and, “If you're staying for 4-5 days we’ll change the room, otherwise we can't help.”||||Hair dryer provided was broken. When replaced, the second one also didn’t work properly.||||Breakfast was below average in quality and variety.||||Given the poor treatment, substandard facilities, and being unfairly charged, we feel this stay was not only a waste of money but also emotionally stressful and unjust.||||We are demanding:||||A partial refund of the 160 Laris charged unfairly||||A formal apology from the hotel management||||Clarification if this is standard practice...

One of the highlights of our experience was the amazing breakfast spread 🥐☕, offering a wide variety of delicious options that cater to every palate and left us feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, particularly GEORGE 💫 He went above and beyond to make our stay truly special by surprising us on my birthday day with the most heartwarming gesture—our room was beautifully decorated with candles and balloons 🎈🕯️, and he even presented us with a delicious cake to celebrate the occasion. 🎂💖
It was an incredibly thoughtful and touching moment that made us feel so valued and cherished as guests. George's attention to detail and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us, and we can't thank him enough for making our stay so memorable. 💞 I would HIGHLY recommend Hotel Flower to all my friends and family without hesitation—this place truly knows how to make guests feel special and welcome! 🌷✨ We can't wait to return on our next visit...
Read moreFor the space, price, and location this hotel gets 5 starts in my book. We stayed in one of the suites with a jacuzzi (on the 7th floor) and the views of the city were truly amazing (and unparalleled with a lot of the places we visited) - especially from the bath at night. High ceilings and lots of windows provided tons of natural light and views, and we had a nice little balcony off the front as well. Breakfast is served on the 9th floor, and has a lovely terrace as well. The staff was very helpful and kind (as were most people we encountered on this trip!).||||The location was amazing - 10-15 min walk to the cable car, and right around the corner from Liberty Square. It was a short walk to Old Town as well (pretty much everything was maximum 10 minutes, depending on your pace) and there are loads of great restaurants and bars in the area. We walked pretty much everywhere, and used Bolt (like Uber) when it was too warm or we wanted to move a bit quicker.||||We had a small issue with the AC unit the first night, but after that it worked perfectly and kept the main room with the bed pretty cool. Keep in mind that the rooms will warm up a bit from the morning to afternoon with all the sun, but they cool off again pretty quickly. The only downside, which was small, was that there is not AC in the bathroom, nor were fans available, so it got pretty hot in there during the day. If you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend a sleep mask as well, as the curtains are not very dark (but it was nice to get up with the sun and get our day started). ||||There is limited parking under the hotel, but I would call ahead to make sure there is a a...
