This building is old, classic, high quality. It was built during the time of the Russian imperialist yoke, when our country and our people were enslaved by the inhuman Russian empire. It has recently been refurbished inside and outside in a modern, distinct European style. They set up a lot of food outlets. There are many different companies operating here. It's beautiful but very crowded here. But this terrace is worth a special mention. Firstly, it offers excellent views of the partvof the city center. It's cozy and pleasant here. Please do not go to this place! They blast super loud techno music five nights a week until 2am and it is absolutely destroying our neighborhood. Our kids can’t go to sleep normally because of this. We can’t sit in our own ezo at night because it’s so loud. The city has given them so many fines, but the fine amount is so low that they don’t care. After waiting 3 minutes without anybody payment attention to us, we were finally seated. My wife said I’ll order barabulka but they won’t have it. Bingo! She was right.
