Wine Not? — Restaurant in Tbilisi

The worst service I met in Georgia. For ordering bottle of wine, on question, how much: waitress said "fifteen". It sounds like super good price. Also we ordered ONE tea. When we were sitting on the table which was wobbling a lot, we asked to fix it, but answer was "impossible". Ok, she provided another table, not a problem, but not professional. But later, when we asked for bill, we noticed, that wine is 50... Not fifteen, when we asked again, waitress confirmed, yes, it's "fifteen"... Incredible, she doesn't know difference between "fifteen" and "fifty". Also it was 2 teas, not one in the bill. When we asked for showing the bill, she was really nervous and said a lot of times, that "we are not lying here". But they do. Also they included 18% of some tax... What was not told in the beginning, what also looks like a deception.... I know that a lot of places in Georgia does this with some taxes, but anyway when I see it, it looks like a deception. So... Avoid this place. There are good wine places just in 5 minutes away, where you can have better price and much (million times) better service....

Fantastic cosy wine bar, with excellent selection and extremely friendly staff. I popped in here for a quick glass of wine and ended up staying for many hours. Owner Nino was extremely accommodating , providing many many samples and tastings of different wines. In this wine bar and shop, you can literally try any wine by the glass, not like usual bars with just a small selection by the glass. Pleasant music was playing, delicious nibbles were served and the bar was full of a healthy mix of local and foreign regulars and new customers. I felt like I was inconveniencing the +5 people that were working by ordering a bottle of wine with my husband at 6:00pm on a Thursday. We were the only ones in the bar but the server(s) kept leaving the bar for smoke breaks as a group and interrupting the playlist mid song to listen to Instagram videos & reels.
