I frequently visit this cafe, and while the food consistently earns a 5-star rating, unfortunately, the level of customer service is quite poor. Today, after a 23-minute wait for a table while holding our coffee and desserts, my wife and I opted to leave and requested our food to be packed. Adding to the disappointment, when asked about a bag, the response conveyed an unwelcoming attitude, insisting on payment without acknowledgment of our regular visits. While the 25-cent charge is negligible compared to our typical spending, the consistent lack of customer service was disheartening. Despite the exceptional food, the overall service quality, affected by uninformed staff, prompts me to explore alternative options. Importantly, this was not the first time.

I absolutely love the eclairs here! The attention to detail, the wonderful tastes and taste combinations, the texture - they are absolutely amazing. We went 2-3 times in the afternoon on the weekend and the eclairs were sold out so we started ordering for pick-up to make sure we get some. This weekend we were even lucky enough to just pass by at around 14:00 and they had super many eclairs still so we could spontaneously grab a few. I love the St. Honore and the Strawberry/Yuzu, but really - I have tried them all and truly like absolute all of them. Highly recommend this place!
