Furchtbarer Service. Haben zehn Aquavite bestellt, zehn Jägermeister bekommen?!? Eins von den Biergläsern hatte einen neuen Sprung, war rasiermesserscharf und direkt am Rand. Hat die Barkeeperin nicht gesehen und dann noch das Gesicht verzogen, als ich ein neues Glas wollte. Anstatt das Teil wegzuschmeißen und ein neues zu zapfen, hat sie das Bier (mit möglichen Glassplittern drin) in ein neues Glas umgegossen. Irgendwas läuft da falsch bei der würd ich ma sagen. Freundliche, zahlende Kunden der grob fahrlässigen Körperverletzung aussetzen, Bestellungen komplett falsch ausführen und sprechen kann sie anscheinend auch nicht.

Terrible service. Ordered 10 Aquavite, got 10 Jaeger?!? One of the beer glasses had a razor blade sharp crack right at the rim. Lady bartender not only didn’t see it, also made a face when I told her and requested a new one. Instead of disposing of the beer and glass and drafting a new one, she just poured the beer (potentially swarming with glass shards) into a new glass. Something’s def wrong with her, I’d say. Recklessly exposing friendly and paying customers to potential bodily injury, processing orders the wrong way and talking isn’t part of her repertoire...

Went inside to look for a free table. While we were looking for a spot the waitress suddenly approached us and was extremely rude because apparently we were in her way. First we thought she was joking but then she just kept going on and on insulting us, so we left. Can’t help but to think it was racially motivated as we are not caucasian looking…would never set a foot...

We had a really nice night there, but one of the waitresses was super annoying and rude with us, we're only Latin people, and all the people were super loud also, but she only came to us asking If we could keep our voices down, and they were all very loud in other groups.
