The tall female bartender (with shoulder-length, straight hair) last night was incredibly rude. It’s been a very long time since I encountered such a level of rudeness and unpleasantness. She should not be allowed to work with people. All I wanted to do was order an Augustiner beer. She said they don’t have that, I could see one in the beer fridge so I politely asked if I could have that one, whilst pointing at the fridge. She insisted they don’t have it, then started to point at other objects in the room and said “das ist eine Lampe, das ist ein Tisch”, quite clearly trying to mock me. When I tried to ask another question she crossed her eyes whilst looking at me, then ignored me for a while. She then went over to the beer fridge with me and let me show her the beer I was talking about (which was indeed an Augustiner). She refused to sell it to me, but then sold it to another customer a few minutes later. It’s a shame she ruins this place, as it’s actually quite a nice...
Read moreIf you are in Berlin, all you have to do is you must NOT go to this place. I’m the host of pub crawls in a lot of European countries, therefore, I have been in thousands of bars but I’ve never seen such rude staff in my life. The bar itself is very cool, nice atmosphere, good music and good vibes in general but the staff ruins it all. Especially, there is this girl with straight mid-length hair, her arrogance and rudeness cannot fit in her body anymore so she is spilling it out to the customers. Her behavior and attitude toward me and others, made me leave the bar two minutes after getting in. Whatever you heard about Berlin and Berliners, these people prove everything opposite, so, go to other places and enjoy yourself. Don’t let the people like her...
